The Hub Products

The Hub strives for lasting, beneficial partnerships with Christian publishers, authors, and pastors by supporting the speaker through the promotion of their curriculum. All materials have been provided to The Hub with full rights for promotion and distribution.
After you place your order you will receive TWO emails. The first is an email of confirmation of your purchase. The second email is your Digital Download email. This email includes a link to the My Media Page and includes a Download Key to access all of your digital products for download or viewing (if rental).

Small group leader? Once you have rented a session, you are allowed to forward your login credentials to anyone in your group so that anyone in your group can view the episode. So, only one rental will allow you unlimited access during your 30 day rental period. However these credentials are yours for life, so please use caution when sharing your Digital Access Key.

All of our DVD sets, CD sets, and physical study guides are located in The Hub Store. If you do not see the product you are looking for, we only have it available as a digital download under Bible Studies. To locate a certain study that we do not carry, you can check with your local church store, other Christian book-sellers, or contact the publisher directly.

Also, when you buy a video or video series labeled “Digital Purchase,” you are purchasing the rights to burn one copy to DVD. If the series is not available on DVD, you can burn your own, on your own computer.

For unopened DVD and CD sets we accept refunds, but ask you to pay for the return shipping. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if needed.

Opened DVD and CD sets, books, and study guides are nonrefundable.

If this occurs, just call 1-800-729-0815. We will correct your order over the phone. If the item has already been shipped, please write “Return to Sender” on the package to return it to us.
Please call 1-800-729-0815. We will do what is necessary to make sure you receive the correct product in a timely fashion. We will cover return shipping if needed by crediting your account and cover the shipping costs for the correct item.

The Hub Store

Our policy is to refund all taxes for tax exempt entities at the end of the month. If you send us a copy of your tax exempt form to info@gotothehub.com, we can transfer your account into our “Tax Exempt” status. This will allow you to check out tax-free in future orders.
Our website sometimes has trouble with Mac computers and the Internet Explorer browser. The best combination we have found is a PC computer with either Firefox or Google Chrome as the browser.

Also, make sure you are allowing pop-ups, and that Java Script is enabled.

Not to worry! Just click the “Forgot Password” link on your account page. Follow the instructions in the email that is sent to you to reset it. If you still experience difficulties, please call 1-800-729-0815 to reset it.
This means we have removed the product from our store. More than likely the item is on back-order and will require 6-8 weeks for reproduction. The moment we receive the shipment the product will be reactivated in the store for purchase. We will do our best to keep you updated on the status in the Product Description.

Please note: If the product has been removed from our store, do not try to purchase it from us on Amazon.com! We may have not had the chance to remove the item from Amazon.com yet. The product will still be unavailable from us.

Live Events

Our Live Events page will be updated as soon as the tours and dates have been decided. Tour Seasons are in the Fall and Spring of each year. As authors and venues are confirmed the events page will explode with activity! It is best to check back periodically for updates.
The Hub does not provide childcare, so you will have to contact the Host Church directly for any services they may provide.
A live simulcast is a streaming video that takes place at the same time as the event. All breaks, worship, sponsors, and the conference itself are all part of the simulcast experience. The only equipment needed is a strong internet connection and speakers. To broadcast for a church, simply hook up the computer to a projector and speaker system. Because the video will be a live stream on the internet, we highly recommend a hard-wire connection instead of a wireless connection.

Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday! All orders received before 3:00 pm CST are shipped the same day, while all orders received after 3:00 pm CST are processed and shipped the following business day. We are not in the office to ship on the weekends, so please keep that in mind when you order. To calculate how long until you get your order, see questions 2 and 3.
Typically we ship UPS, which can take anywhere from 1-5 business days, depending on where you are in the country.

Please note: We do not offer Saturday shipping with UPS, so please count only business days when calculating the arrival of your order.

All international, APO, and P.O. Box addresses require shipping through the United States Postal Service, which can sometimes take longer than UPS. Shipping times can be calculated at www.usps.com using our zip code (75205).
