Rental – FAQ

Your Rental Questions Answered

1. How long do I have access to it? You can view it as many times as you wish within 30 days of the paid rental date.

2. Can other people view my rented session? Yes.  When you Rent the session, it will give you a choice to either Watch Now or Download.  Always use the Watch Now option.  This leaves the session in the ‘internet cloud.’  If you want someone else to view this session in the 30 day period, you must give them your login information, then they can login in from any computer and use the Watch Now feature.

3. Can I burn a copy of the Rented session? No.  You can only burn one DVD copy if you BUY a session.

4. Do I get a copy of the Study Guide with my rental? Yes.  You will receive a PDF of the session.

5. Can I make copies of the PDF for others in my group? No.  Please respect our copyright and allow us to continue to produce new teaching materials.  Think about this, for about the price of using your paper and ink toner, you can purchase the professionally produced perfect binding study guide.

6. What is the technology and player needed? We partner with a trusted third party, FlickRocket, out of Germany.  They are a leader in digital delivery and digital rights management.  Therefore, when you rent or buy, you will automatically install a small file which contains their player.  This is exactly what iTunes does.  Everyone who uses iTunes has downloaded their player.

7. How does this show up on my Credit Card Bill? All Rent and Buy sessions will appear as Protectdisc protectdisc.com
